These amenities and open spaces as well as the homeowners association at Somerset will be shared and co-managed by the adjoining new community called Seasons Landing which has approximately 200 lots. The amenities to be built at Seasons Landing, including a lighted tennis court shall be shared and co-managed with Somerset Landing.

This Is slated to occur sometime in 2008/2009.
