Hour Homes Inc. and our sister company, Brookstone Homes Inc. , have successfully developed & built 54 new home communities in Stafford and Spotsylvania counties. We have proudly built and delivered approx. 2,000 new homes to satisfied families since 1988. . By building many of the largest and most popular communities in Stafford, we have made an indelible mark on the history of this great county.  Communities such as Sunningdale Meadows (1988), Stonehill Estates (1994), Devon Green (1996) Kings Crest (1999), Somerset Landing (2008), Seasons Landing (2010)  Berkshire (2011), Poplar Estates (2014), Churchill Meadows (2017), Sullivan Estates (2022), Dolittle Farm (2024). Michael J. Stonehill, Sr., founded the company and leads this family-run real estate building and development business alongside his four sons and a dedicated staff of highly experienced &  professional staff. The communities we build in are in Stafford County only an hour drive to D.C. or 20 minutes to Fredericksburg!  We offer homes within areas that have excellent schools, great churches, strong law enforcement, good shopping, numerous parks and recreational areas including Curtis Recreational Park, and the Gauntlet Golf Club.
