Building a new home is a big milestone, and knowing what to expect makes the process smoother and more enjoyable. At Hour Homes & Brookstone Homes, we follow a structured building timeline designed to keep your project moving efficiently while maintaining quality at every stage.

While every home is unique, the outline below gives you a clear picture of how the process typically works.
