I am so happy with my home and neighbors!!! The entire experience from the moment I met Justin and Kristin was effortless. They were genuine, thorough, informative and most important, not pushy at all. While we were visiting the model two owners of separate Hour Homes neighborhoods stopped by just to visit. They had owned their homes for several years and was still very happy with their homes and decision on purchasing a Hour home. The rapport that Justin has with them was more like family (just as I felt when we first met). Like any home There were some very minor issues. I called and within days Larry McFadden came. He was so pleasant! He introduced himself at the door and handed me a business card. Right away I felt safe he was who he said he was. He was very courteous, covered his feet before he walked onto my floors, and called me ma’am (which wasn’t necessary but very polite). He took his time fixing the few minor things and even went over everything with me afterwards. He treated my concern is if they were his own. He was very professional and kind; just like everyone I’ve met so far. I’d buy another home from Hour Homes and highly recommend them!

We rented in Stafford for almost 4 years before we knew we’d be here permanently. Then we started the hunt for buying a new home or building one. I stumbled across Hour Homes and was able to meet with Kristin. We found a plan, picked a lot, and signed the papers. It was a great & easy process. We’ve only had a few hiccups such as the move in date being extended about a month, and then the normal issues with a house settling. Pete, Larry, & the whole crew have always been so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Hour Homes to anyone looking to build.

I have noticed that this home builder does not cut corners like a lot of other home builders, they have honest sub contractors that have been dedicated to them for over 30 year plus years. This speaks volumes for the integrity of the owner and the company. I highly recommend them.

"It’s a scary commitment to build. While the lengthy process takes anywhere from 6 to 8 months, emotions range from excitement to fear and finally the gut check questioning of the increasing costs. But Kristen, who was the builder sales rep, was incredibly responsive to all 10,000 questions, inquiries and constant requests for our changes. Pete, the General Contractor, was surprisingly kind, approachable and very responsive to emails and calls.
Bad rainy weather caused many delays but the final product of a beautiful, well built home was worth it all.
Hour Homes has incredibly responsive, honest and easy to work with staff.
Best news was our home appraised for well OVER the amount we paid."

"Sue and I relocated to Stafford, VA a few months ago. After traveling the world for over 30 years with DoD we had muscle memory on the move aspect; however, we had no idea of the great experience we were about to have in purchasing a home from Hour Homes at Churchill Meadows. We met Kristin early on in the process and she attended to all our curiosities in purchasing our new home. Pete the builder only made the experience better. He has always available to answer our questions and see to our needs. Kristin and Pete were genuinely caring and Justin capped it off when we met him later in the process.
